 Dear Cedar Lane Families; Parents, Staff and Students:
The CLS PTA would like to invite you to join us celebrating 25 years of WFOS. And I'm excited to say -- registration is now open. There are many ways to help us celebrate so come on out and join us to support our STARS. The QR code here is to our WFOS runsignup homepage. Once here you can navigate through the tabs to register, sponsor, donate, volunteer and support this years WFOS. Scroll down and check out how you can get involved!

 

   

Registration

  • This year the WFOS 5K registration is through RunSignUP. Click the link or scan the QRcode to register. 

    • $25 per person

    • 25th Anniversary Race shirt, additional shirts can be purchased - TBA

  • Race is timed by RipIt Events 

  • Grab your family & friends and join us! You can Create Teams and Fundraise together.

  • Register for a 5K Run, a Fun Run/Walk or a Virtual race- your friends and families can join and support you from around the world

Sponsors

  • We have multiple sponsorship levels for businesses and individuals. Click the link or scan the QRcode above to become a sponsor.

    • Your Company name or logo will appear on our race shirt

      • We Must receive your sponsorship by Nov 14, 2022

    • Your Company name or logo will be displayed on race registration site

    • Sponsor Letter If you prefer to sponsor by check; click, print and remit this sponsor letter to CLS PTA.

  • Do you own or know someone who owns a company or small business? Help us spread the word - share our WFOS race website for sponsorship and/or participation.

  • Our Fundraising Goal is $25,000 for much needed equipment that will benefit the students at CLS.

    • An All-weather playground sun-shade cover will allow students more time outdoors especially on those hot sunny days.

    • We would also like to update the aquatic equipment for the newly refurbished therapy pool.

 

Volunteers

  • We need your help! There are many ways to lend a helping hand. Click the link or scan the QR code for volunteer opportunities. 

  • Everyone is welcomed - all ages! Yes there is a job for everyone!

  • Hospitality/Food Service Coordinator and Advertising/Promotion Coordinator Needed 

  • Help us promote and advertise the WFOS - local news mailings or gazettes, post flyers in local businesses, share on social media, etc.

  •  Great for students who need to complete community service hours.

  • Set up, Clean Up, monitoring various vendor tables, food and beverage stations and so much more!

Decorate the Walk

  • Families- You can help us decorate the 5K race course with your child’s smile. Click the link to purchase your child’s sign. This is a favorite past time as our WFOS participants can honor our STARS as they run/walk past on the WFOS course.
