Cedar Lane PTA Bingo is coming – March 9, 2018!!!

The groundwork has been laid for our 12th Annual PTA Bingo fundraiser.  This year our bingo will be on Friday, March 9th right here at Cedar Lane School.  Doors will open at 5:30 pm with games starting at 7pm. Come enjoy dinner before the games, and snacks through out the night.  Come enjoy a night of fun and help us raise money for the PTA! 

Whether you have a little or a lot of time, there are many ways to help out. Please consider one of the following:

Sponsor A Prize ~ We are looking for help to defray the cost of our prizes.  Prizes can be sponsored at the $50-$75-$100- $125 and $150 levels in the name of your child or by a family.  How about your employer?  For businesses large and small, sponsoring a prize for the Cedar Lane School not only provides great advertising but also promotes a caring and good will image to the wide range of the public attending the bingo that night. 

Donations ~ Along with our goal to have every prize sponsored, we are also looking for cash donations for food and gift cards/certificates for our raffle prizes.  Do you have time to ask your favorite business for a donation of their service/product?  Ideas include restaurants, movies, spa, attractions, direct sales companies, and more. Join the Committee ~ We will need people that night to help with set up, admission, running the specials and raffles tables, snack bar, and clean up.  We especially need help with volunteers to help while the games are being played.  Please consider donating your time.

Come and Play Bingo! ~ Bingo is FUN!!!  Bring your friends, family, and coworkers to Cedar Lane on March 9th for a great night out.  Tickets are $20 in advance; $25 at the door-if available (please remember that due to limited space, everyone taking a seat must have a ticket).  Tickets are on sale now. Please note: only paid tickets will be held at the door.

Child care:   Childcare will be provided, but you MUST register for childcare by March 5th 2018.  Contact Lisa Miller to register for childcare, or register on the Bingo form.
